About this website
Old Lantern Spirits operates this website. Public contact details are shown below when available.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message to respond to your inquiry. Messages are stored in a private WordPress inbox accessible to site administrators and sent to our contact email service. The form uses temporary hashed identifiers to limit spam; it does not subscribe you to marketing. When online ordering becomes available, customer and order details will be used to process purchases, communicate with customers and maintain required records.
Site operation
WordPress, WooCommerce and the hosting service process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Cart/session cookies may remember items and session choices. The age prompt remembers an acknowledgment during the browser session.
Maps and external links
When a store address is added, an embedded Google map may load information from Google. External websites operate under their own privacy policies.
Requests and updates
Contact the store to ask about personal information, corrections or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. This notice will be updated when services and data practices change. No marketing subscription is required to browse.
